She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and has successfully completed the NISM certification, equipping her with a solid foundation in capital markets and compliance frameworks.

She has worked with leading Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs), where she gained extensive experience in shareholder services, KYC processes, corporate action handling, investor grievance resolution, and regulatory procedures. Her practical exposure to RTA operations enables her to efficiently manage complex share recovery, transmission, dematerialisation, and IEPF-related cases.
